David Tennant demonstrates a new twist to Hamlet's big "To be or not to be," scene. Tennant will turn ventriloquist, holding up Yorick's skull and having the skull say the lines, while the actor is drinking a glass of water. When asked about the new scene, Tennant's agent said it was a good way to show that her client's performance verve involves more than his snogging abilities, looking good in scruffy trainers, and having "very talented" hair, insisting that the Hamlet ventriloquist act, was a good way to showcase Tennant's other creative gifts. "Plus", she smiled, "the RSC is adding an extra fifty quid to his contract."
